About project

Galaxy is a decentralized hub that brings together powerful DeFi apps in one place. It offers tools like real yield strategies, flash loans, and a flagship LP marketplace (all designed for active crypto users).

Challenges & solutions

Problem

Our client needed a full brand identity, a website that clearly explains their complex DeFi offering, and a smooth WebFlow build from scratch. The main challenge? Make a technical product simple and trustworthy with the experience that speaks to retail users and crypto-native audiences.

Solution

We began with competitor and user research, then created a clean grid layout based on the provided content. Our solution: a minimalist branding and design style to keep the focus on important features. Animated illustrations made the product lively and more dynamic.

Competitor analysis

Our team analyzed similar DeFi platforms to define the right structure, content blocks, and calls to action that would guide users effectively. We also paid close attention to how other products perform to create a wow effect for this project.

Wireframing

Wireframes mapped out the website’s structure and defined the content hierarchy and user flow early on. This helped us determine the optimal placement and amount of text, visuals, and interactive elements before moving into the design phase. The client got a preview of how everything would come together.

Moodboard

We divided the moodboarding process into three parts following the client’s style request: gradients, animated pictures, and overall website structure. We focused on minimalistic, well-organized website designs with captivating space-themed illustrations.

Branding

The logo combines an atom, electrons, and a star. It reflects Galaxy’s tech-first, dynamic identity. Deep space colors paired with soft lavender create a futuristic feel. Our brand designers applied visual identity across app screens, badges, and event materials to show how it will look in digital and real-world use.

Web Application Design

Our team designed the website based on the new brand identity. The layout highlights Galaxy’s core features and keeps the experience intuitive, clear, and engaging. After finalizing the design, our dev team built the site in WebFlow with fast performance and full responsiveness.

Responsive design

Our approach - a mobile-first mindset for clarity, speed, and ease of use on the go. Because we understand the importance of conducting operations at all times and in any location. That's why the layout, visuals, and animations stay smooth and functional whether viewed on desktop, mobile, or tablet.

Styleguide / Design System

Our client received a ready-to-scale design system with clear rules for every element with colors, typography, buttons, and icons. The full style guide keeps the Galaxy platform consistent and makes future updates clear and easy for design and development teams.
